Order Processing and Handling Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3pm CST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Notifications: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Methods, Cost, and Delivery Estimates
We only ship within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii). We offer three classes of service.
The shipping cost is a flat rate that is dependent on the specific product(s) you are purchasing and the service level you select. The exact cost will be clearly displayed when you add the item to your cart and at checkout.

Transit Time is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package after the 1-2 day processing time.
Expedited Shipping/Express Shipping are not available for overweight/non-standard packages.
Free Shipping Details
- Eligibility: We offer Standard/Free Shipping on most products. Overweight or non-standard sized products do not qualify for Standard/Free Shipping.
- Carrier: Free shipping utilizes one of the standard methods (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground) and will be selected at our discretion.
Note on Product-Dependent Rates: Because our products vary significantly in size and weight, the flat rate is assigned to each item to ensure fairness and accuracy. When you add multiple items to your cart, the shipping calculator will combine the rates to give you a single, final shipping charge.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is a physical address.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with the packages shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at contact@untaken.photos within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim and work to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the package and the product and contact us at contact@untaken.photos immediately upon receipt.
